John Jerome is a Program Manager for Union Pacific Railroad. He has over 25 years of construction experience with a comprehensively diverse construction & construction management background including materials inspection and laboratory testing, project superintendent responsibilities, and public works infrastructure operations. He has a Bachelor Degree in Business from William Penn University and Masters Degree in Business from California Coast University. He was the Assistant Public Works Director/Operations Manager for the City of Fort Dodge, Iowa prior to joining Union Pacific in 2006. Mr. Jerome has spearheaded the Illinois High Speed Rail Project for Union Pacific since 2010.
