After over 3 decades of work in the fields of disaster response, Eddy Weiss brings an insight and perspective to every audience. Weiss recently led a quick response team into Port Arthur, TX in the immediate wake of Hurricane Harvey where he coordinated efforts with the Texas National Guard to create a make shift field hospital amidst the massive flood response. Weiss commands a national tactical response unit that utilizes UAV's in disaster response and homeland security but is also the CEO of a consulting firm that supplies UAV support and guidance for corporate clientele. Weiss’ tactical response unit is currently deploying to Puerto Rico to aid in response while also supplying UAV pilots for telecommunication companies
