Krista Elwell is an experienced professional with corporate and field experience with retail organizations. With over 25 years of operations and facilities experience. She successfully transitioned in-house to outsource operations for call center, customer service, and facilities operations. Krista managed contract service providers for all Maintenance and Repair Services, monitoring performance, quality of work and improvement of service levels. Created a best in class training for outsourcing service providers to educate on department processes to ensure a successful implementation. Joined Service America Enterprise in June 2017 and is the Chief Customer Officer and VP of Mechanical, responsible for all aspects of the Brand and Customer Experience, as well as the Mechanical Sales Division. Service America Mechanical provides comprehensive mechanical services for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and commercial equipment throughout Florida.
