Mike Coe is a charismatic leader who thrives on empowering others and exhibits a strong commitment towards excellence. He showcases his value working with associates at Honda of Canada Mfg and with youth in the community through coaching Minor sports. He is the Safety and Medical Manager at Honda of Canada Mfg. where he is responsible for the daily operations in Health and Safety and the adviser to the Honda of Canada Mfg. Company Operating Committee. Mike has over 30 years’ experience in automotive manufacturing, starting out as a production associate on line, working his way into production management roles and eventually making the transition into a Health and Safety Leadership role. Mike co-presented at the NSC congress in 2018. Mikes current focus is on developing the next generation of Leaders at Honda of Canada Mfg.
