Barkley D & B Consulting


Thomas L. Barkley, of Barkley D & B Consulting, graduated in 1966 from Muskingum College, with a BA in Geology. During his career he has served as an instructor at Engineer School with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Belvoir, Va., and has held positions with Erie Mining Co., the Ensign Bickford Co., DynoNobel, and others, leading to his current role as a Principal with Barkley D & B Consulting. He has taught numerous courses during his career, including courses at MSHA Academy, National Stone Association, and the Universities of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. He has authored several chapters of the 18th Ed. of the ?ISEE Blaster?s Handbook?, and published and presented several papers at ISEE, SME and NSA Technical Sessions. He has also helped to organize two local ISEE Chapters, and has served as a Chapter officer.
