Deborah Marquardt is an award-winning strategic marketing leader media and expert in marketing to millennial women. As VP/GM of Time Inc's Style Network she leads the world's biggest publishing company in their quest to attract young, affluent readers via new brands, products and content experiences that are relevant and authentic. A noted beauty industry expert, Deborah has worked with the world's largest CPG companies - Procter & Gamble and L'Oreal - across a range of their mass, prestige and professional brands including Maybelline New York, Cover Girl, Garnier, Olay, Essie, Biolage, Wella and Frederic Fekkai, among others. Her integrated, content-driven approach has resulted in breakthrough programs that amplify the natural synergy between beauty & style, pop culture and media. Deborah spent 10 years in executive roles at L’Oreal USA. She led media and integrated marketing communications teams and agencies in both the Consumer Product and Salon Professional Divisions, as well as at the Corporate level, as Senior Vice President of Digital Investment, Innovation and Content Strategy for L’Oreal USA. She then ran strategy and activation for the P&G Beauty business as SVP Managing Director at Starcom Mediavest Group. Deborah was recognized in 2013 as The Delaney Report's Corporate Media Executive of the Year, and in 2012 as both an AdAge Media Maven and an Advertising Working Mother of the Year. She is an Executive Member of Advertising Women of New York, and Cosmetic Executive Women. Deborah resides with her family in Larchmont, New York.
