Alice H. Chang is CEO of Perfect Corp. where she applies her vision and passion to build the world’s leading virtual beauty platform. She plans to grow this business into the premier online destination for beauty enthusiasts. From 1997 to 2015, Alice was CEO of CyberLink Corp. where her leadership propelled the company from a small startup toan award-winning global brand. Under her leadership, CyberLink expanded rapidly, and its software is now pre-installed across top PC brands. As competition was changing, Alice built the company’s retail presence, anchoring CyberLink’s global leadership. Today, CyberLink’s PowerDVD and PowerDirector are known around the world. Prior to joining CyberLink, Alice was the executive vice president of Trend Micro Inc. and has worked at Citicorp Investment Bank. Alice holds an MBA from UCLA.
