Cindy is an operations savant, but it is her genuine love of people that makes her so special. Cindy has been a 25 year franchisee of Great Clips for Hair and owned/operated over 40 locations - she knows how important it is to have access to store and people data. She has been instrumental in not only guiding day-to-day operations of ZeeZor, but she teaches our customers how to praise and lift people up. "If you'll look for the victories and praise quickly, the entire organization will respond remarkably". In fact, she is responsible for crafting our simple mission statement "We Serve" and based it on the concept of servant leadership. Cindy loves working and consulting with salon owners and managers and as you can tell from her photo, she's equally addicted to ZeeZor!
