Serge Campeau, P. Eng., M. Eng., has worked for Alstom since 2011 in speed regulation and mechanical auxiliary department. He is presently design engineer, at Sorel-Tracy engineering office. For the Smoky Falls project, he was the HPU and tailwater depression system design engineer.
