Mr. Abreu holds BA in hydro management engineering from University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), Minas Gerais, Brazil. He has an specialization in Regulation and Business to Electric Sector at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Nowadays, he is Regulatory Manager of Brasil PCH, a Brazilian hydro independent power producer with 300 MW in operation.
