Shanon Hardie has served as Chief Operating Officer for 5 years, helping with strategic planning and realizing of goals of expansion, NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home Recognition, Meaningful Use compliance and improvement in patient satisfaction and quality care measures. Shanon has 22 years of progressive management experience in Community Health Centers. Prior to serving as COO for Unity Care NW, she served as Vice President of Operations for Sea Mar Community Health Centers, where she was responsible for the operations of their primary care clinics, their quality improvement program, expansion to new service areas, JCAHO certification for their ambulatory care program and transition to electronic medical records. Shanon thrives and finds great personal satisfaction working in a not-for-profit, community health center environment.
