Jonathan Grafft boasts a strong background in strategic and technical consulting and a proven track record working with Global Fortune 500 and emerging new economy clients. His experience has helped Jonathan develop industry knowledge and project management skills to guide organizations in evaluating best practices and implementing technology and processes successfully. He specializes in the management of large scale global projects, with skill in creating achievable project plans, communications, change management and training strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery. Jonathan’s expertise was honed through leadership roles with several organizations, including the Newman Group and John Deere, prior to his role with Black Box Consulting. Jonathan received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He and his wife, Ann, have two children and live in Geneseo, IL.
