Ms. Barnum, co-chair of her Firm's Construction Industry Practice Group and co-chair of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, Construction Litigation Committee, is on the Roster of Arbitrators and of Mediators for the American Arbitration Association and serves as an arbitrator for the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey and as a mediator for the New Jersey State Courts. She is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing developers, business owners, landlords, lenders, and municipalities in a wide variety of business, commercial, premises and product liability, and insurance defense litigation. She is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and has been listed as a New Jersey Super Lawyer and in The Best Lawyers of America for construction litigation. She is also a member of the Forum of Executive Women and is vice chair of its Program Committee. She is also the recipient of the Earl G. Harrison Pro Bono Award for her representation of juvenile immigrants
