Tamara serves as the US Commercial and Contracts Director for MWHC. In this role, Tamara oversees a team of contract specialists dedicated by District to ensuring that every project in MWHC’s $1B/year profile is governed by fair and complete contractual agreements. Tamara is one of the primary negotiators for MWHC’s prime contracts and also manages an elite team of project-specific commercial managers, who work alongside project managers and facilitate the construction of each project by monitoring contracts, performance, pay apps, claims, schedule, and other commercial items in real time.
