Mr. Di Paolo is Senior Vice-President and General Counsel for Skanska USA Civil Inc. where he manages all legal matters for the company and is a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to Skanska, Mr. Di Paolo was a partner in the construction industry practice group of Holland & Knight in New York City where he represented contractors and owners in various litigation and transactional matters. Before joining Holland & Knight, he served as Senior VicePresident, Commercial Director and Corporate Counsel for AMEC Construction Management, Inc. where he focused on legal and risk management issues for the company. Mr. Di Paolo obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The George Washington University and his J.D. from the St. Johns University School of Law.
