Roger A. Johnson is the Airport Program Executive of the Jacobs Engineering. During his 16 year career with LAWA, he is and has been responsible for more than $20 billion in improvements, including new terminals, people movers, and overall master planning and implementation for one of the largest airports in the U.S. Roger is responsible for developing, negotiating and implementing engineering, consulting and construction contracts for the Airport Authority. Roger has been responsible for the recent $8.5 billion modernization of LAX, which includes the new Tom Bradley International Terminal and other major infrastructure improvements at the Ontario International and Van Nuys Airports. Roger is currently working on the procurement of the $6 billion program manager and P3 program for further airport improvements. Roger also was world practice group leader for an international engineering and consulting firm, where he was responsible for all airport and port authority work. Roger has his BS in engineering from California Polytechnic University.
