Neal M. Eiseman is a partner in the New York City office of Goetz Fitzpatrick LLP. Best Lawyers selected Neal as the 2017 "Lawyer of the Year" in New York City for "Litigation-Construction Law" and for the last three consecutive years Super Lawyers has named Neal as one of the "Top 100 Lawyers" in all categories in the New York metropolitan area. He is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's Construction Arbitration Master Panel and serves as a mediator on the AAA's Master Mediation Panel. He also teaches master courses in construction and negotiation at New York University and Construction Law at Cardozo Law School. He is a fellow and executive board member of the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
