Max recently concluded his long and distinguished career at Dow Chemical Co., during which he held a number of contract management positions at major Dow petrochemical and other major facilities being constructed all over the world. Since 2010, he has been the Contracts Director responsible for all aspects of the over 90 major contracts for engineering, procurement, construction and construction management of The Sadara Project, a $24 Billion petrochemical complex in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Sadara is the largest petrochemical plant ever constructed in one phase, employing over 40,000 construction workers during peak construction. His Sadara responsibilities included evaluating and negotiating all claims for schedule extension and additional compensation across the entire Sadara complex.
