Andrew Ness is a construction lawyer with 38 years experience in construction project issues, on behalf of owners and contractors, and mainly involving troubled projects and disputes, in roughly 30 U.S. states and numerous foreign venues. He has written and spoken extensively on construction delay issues, and on concurrent delays particularly, for over 30 years. Andrew is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, and a past Chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law.
