John Livengood is a Managing Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc.'s Global Construction Practice and is an experienced claims expert with more than 40 years of construction related experience. He is a registered architect and an attorney experienced in construction litigation, project management, design analysis, and document preparation. John has served an expert witness in dozens of U.S. and overseas matters. Mr. Livengood is President of AACE International and active in the ABA, IBA, CMAA and DRBF. John speaks regularly on matters relating to construction claims and has published dozens of articles in industry magazines. John is one of the principal authors of the AACE Recommended Practice on Forensic Schedule Analysis (2011) as well as being a contributor to a forthcoming book published by the ABA Forum on Construction Law on the law of schedule delay.
