Mr. Cooperberg has been providing expert litigation support and trial consulting services since 2001 when he helped launch Esquire Deposition Services’ litigation support sister company, Esquire Litigation Solutions. He has been helping legal teams and their clients achieve outstanding results in many types of venues all around the country ever since. In 2007, building off of the success at ELS, he founded Cooperberg Legal Media, Inc. Mr. Cooperberg combines 16 years of trial consulting experience with a law degree from Villanova University School of Law, a business degree from Emory University, as well as experience as a practicing attorney, which enables him to assist at every step of the litigation process, from discovery through verdict. He places client satisfaction at the top of his professional priorities. With boundless energy and flexibility, he forges solid trusting relationships, teaming with legal professionals during the immersive trial process. His loyalty, competence, hard work and grit are reflected in his favorite nickname given by a client: “R2D2”. Why? Quoting the client, “It’s not that he has all the data you need at the ready, it’s because you don’t go into battle without R2D2.”
