Wilson Nash is the associate general counsel for Brasfield & Gorrie, L.L.C. In his role as in-house counsel for a national commercial contractor, Mr. Nash reviews and negotiates prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders on a daily basis. He provides project specific counsel and support to various operating divisions and corporate departments. Mr. Nash is also responsible for managing construction claims and litigation and helping implement the company’s risk management program. Prior to working for Brasfield & Gorrie, Mr. Nash was a construction associate with a nationally recognized law firm. As a construction associate, Mr. Nash represented owners and general contractors in both in international arbitration proceedings and various state and federal courts throughout the country. Mr. Nash also has extensive experience representing EPC contractors in the power industry, particularly in areas of wind and hydroelectric power generation. Mr. Nash earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an executive editor for the Alabama Law Review. Mr. Nash earned his Bachelor of Arts from Birmingham-Southern College where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and a Masters of International Studies from the University of Sydney.
