Michael Birmingham is an Executive Director with The Rhodes Group. He specializes in Critical Path Method schedule delay and disruption analysis, the quantification and analysis of delay and loss of productivity related damages, and the development and maintenance of CPM schedules. He consults on multi-million and multi-billion dollar projects that span all major construction sectors, located both within the U.S. and abroad. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience consulting on complex projects, Michael helps EPC contractors and owners with the management of schedule and cost risk throughout the course of construction.
