Rose Fernandez leads North American business for Jurlique as the Vice President and General Manager overseeing North America. She is focused on growing brand awareness, sales and customer engagement by leveraging her diverse background of beauty, brand marketing and digital expertise in both the prestige and mass markets. Since October of 2012 Rose has been the lead ambassador of the Jurlique brand with a passion for connecting partners to Jurlique’s purpose “to inspire people to well-being through connection with nature.”Her vision for building the brand is grounded in a 360-degree, multi-level marketing program that utilizes classic brand strategy, product positioning, merchandising, retail marketing, in-store events, targeted digital marketing and social marketing efforts. She is committed to developing the Jurlique brand to be the leader in natural premium skincare and is proud of the pillars for which Jurlique embodies; purity, potency, expertise, heritage, and responsibility. With over 20 years of experience in skincare sales and marketing, Rose has been recognized for developing strong business relationships with retail and spa partners as she develops and executes solid action plans that result in increase in share and profit. Rose is a true strategic sales and marketing executive with a proven success record of translating research into profitable channel and account specific programs. She is also keenly passionate about building effective teams and enjoys developing people to succeed. Prior to joining the Jurlique team in 2012, Rose held positions at both Kate Somerville and Murad where she contributed to brand development, category leadership across multiple channels and strong growth sales. Rose holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and has been featured in various publications on the topics of brand and strategy. Rose is also active member of ISPA, GSN, CEW and an Adjunct Faculty Member with FIDM on the subject of Wellness and Spa.
