Kevin has been responsible for the Brookfield engineering department for the west coast portfolio for over 10 years. He executes all Brookfield programs, standards, policies and procedures. He participates in numerous Brookfield corporate committees such as Energy, Best Practices, Education, Training and Safety. Kevin is responsible for managing many of the significant Brookfield asset improvement and preservation projects. Prior to joining Brookfield, he was the Engineering Manager at Equity Office Properties, in a similar role on their New York City commercial office building portfolio. Kevin remains active on the owners/managers side with the International Union of Operating Engineers Trustee on several trusts. Kevin participates in the California Community College Collaborate as an curriculum adviser for the HVAC and BAS Controls course content. He is a member of the BOMA Greater Los Angeles and participates in the BOMA GLA Sustainability Engineering Committees, USGBC LEED EB Committee.
