Ms. Bell is a construction claims manager with over 30 years of professional experience in the construction industry, including project management, claims management, forensic and litigation consulting, scheduling, cost engineering, forecasting cost auditing, and estimating. She serves as in-house lead for claims and formal dispute resolution and as an in-house forensic scheduling expert. She is a active member of the ASCE committee establishing standards for identifying and measuring productivity loss. She holds a BS in mechanical engineering and is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
