Jeff Weber is a Managing Director in the IT Consulting practice for Protiviti, Inc. and has more than thirty years of experience in information technology, including software design and development, data management, enterprise architecture, IT process improvement, and IT Strategy and Governance. He has worked in many industries, including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, healthcare, and energy. Jeff has worked with multiple global enterprises, as well ecommerce and startup firms throughout his consulting career. He helped these organizations create and design IT organization structures, operational practices, policies, procedures and governance structures required to support rapidly growing businesses. Jeff works with clients on issues of IT strategy and management, Security and Application Management services. As well, Jeff leads the IT Strategy, IT Operational Improvement and Business Continuity practices and is a member of the IT Consulting Leadership Council.
