Benjamin Crosby, CM-BIM, CCM, LEED AP BD+C, CM-LEAN, is the Director of BIM & Virtual Design and Construction for the Yates Companies, an ENR Top 40 contractor with construction operations throughout the United States as well as internationally. Mr. Crosby has been responsible for the implementation of BIM and 4D scheduling into the Yates construction operations, with well over 80% of Yates' current projects now using BIM and 4D scheduling. Mr. Crosby is a certified instructor of BIM and LEAN Construction for the Associated General Contractors of America, teaching BIM and LEAN Construction to project managers and superintendents throughout the U.S. He is a certified BIM, LEED and LEAN Construction professional, as well as a certified Construction Manager. He obtained his B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
