Charles V. Choyce, Jr., MRICS, PSP, PMP, CM-LEAN CFCC, is a Managing Director with the Berkeley Research Group ("BRG") has over 16 years experience specializing in project scheduling, project controls and expert analysis of delay and impact claims on major projects. He has testified as an expert witness in courts and arbitration proceedings and has taught several seminars on topics of schedule and delay analysis, 4D Scheduling, BIM and project management. His clients include owners, government agencies, contractors, and specialty subcontractors. He is a certified Project Scheduling Professional, certified Project Management Professional, certified Chartered Project Management Surveyor, certified LEAN Construction professional and Certified Forensic Claims Consultant. He obtained his undergraduate and juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia.
