Michael R. Kolloway is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Parsons Corporation, a global engineering firm with 15,000 employees. Mike manages Parsons' legal team in the Americas and oversees Claims/Litigation. Prior to joining Parsons, Mike was the Assistant General Counsel for Operations and Risk Management at AECOM. Mike began his career as a partner in the Chicago law firm of Rock, Fusco and Garvey Ltd., where his practice focused upon commercial financial transactions and civil litigation. He was a member of the Federal Trial Bar and is currently the co-chair of the Construction Litigation Sub-Committee of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. Mike speaks extensively about the legal and operational challenges affecting the Engineering and Construction Industry at Legal and Industry meetings, and is a co-author of Public Private Partnerships and Design Build Opportunities and Risks for Consulting Engineers (published by the American Council of Engineering Companies). He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.
