Generalist corporate as well as real estate, construction and development lawyer. I spent the first 10 years of my career working as a Civil/Structural Engineer and Construction Manager. After completing law school I worked as a Litigation Attorney focusing on environmental and construction matters. I subsequently spent 10 years as an attorney and then shareholder at Morgan Miller Blair, focusing on Real Estate and Construction transactional matters. My most recent position is Chief Legal Counsel for Asia and Asia-Pacific for AECOM with oversight of 30 lawyers and a focus on engineering and construction contracts, litigation oversight, FCPA and anti-bribery enforcement as well as leasing and general corporate/secretarial matters. Licensed to practice law in California, Australia, and New Zealand. Licensed Civil Engineer in California.
