Michele is Associate General Counsel for MasTec, Inc., a leading international contractor that focuses on construction in the electric power, oil & gas, communications, civil works, and renewable energy sectors. As Associate General Counsel, Michele oversees all aspects of the company's legal matters including litigation and transactional matters. Her litigation experience spans the entire spectrum of the dispute resolution process including mediations, arbitration and alternate dispute resolution. Michele's transactional experience involves the review and development of contracts as well as involvement in the company's M&A activity. One of her primary goals is to identify, assess and mitigate MasTec's risks. Michele has over 20 years of experience, including time at her own law firm. She is an experienced litigator and has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Michele is a frequent speaker on topics related to construction law.
