Jane provides leadership and strategic oversight for all pension and benefit programs across all of BMS’ businesses and geographic locations. She leads a team that is transforming the way HR is delivered to their diverse international population. Over the past twenty-five plus years, Jane has held several positions at BMS of increasing responsibility both domestically and internationally, becoming the SME on all pension and benefit matters. She has led many major large-scale transformational initiatives during the past few years, including many M&A activities. She is an active member of a number of industry and HR forums.
