Jocelyn Karbo

ESC Region 11


Jocelyn Karbo is the NSLP Content Specialist and Child Nutrition Coordinator at ESC Region 11 in Fort Worth. Her expertise in School Nutrition started fresh out of her dietetic internship at Duncanville ISD where she processed school meal applications, planned their menus, and created the food production records. In 2006, she had the opportunity to join the growing ESC Region 11 Child Nutrition team and has enjoyed supporting CEs, developing training, and providing technical assistance. Jocelyn is the immediate past chair of the School Nutrition Services Dietetic Practice Group at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and truly enjoys supporting school nutrition professionals through all the many challenges of our programs, upholding the belief that all students deserve healthy and delicious school meals!
