Jen Clark is a director on the Business Analytics team at Benefitfocus, where she specializes in creating business insights to help drive enterprise decisions. With more than ten years in technology, she currently focuses on quantitative and qualitative consumer research, machine learning and data visualizations. Jen holds a Master of Science degree in information science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a member of Beta Phi Mu Honor Society.
