In this role, Jeff leads a team responsible for establishing BenefitsPlace™ consumer product partnerships and driving the distribution strategy. Jeff has served in numerous leadership roles at Benefitfocus, most recently as SVP Global and Institutional Markets.. Prior to joining Benefitfocus in 2009, he served as Regional Vice President for Nationwide and held roles at Unum and Prudential. Oldham is an industry thought leader and sought-after speaker on health and voluntary benefits, technology and ACA topics facing consumers, employers, carriers and brokers.
