Sean Steffensen has worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the California Energy Commission on appliance standards development including plumbing fittings and fixtures, landscape sprinklers, and pool pumps. His current work includes a proposal for spray sprinkler bodies standards that provides an opportunity to save Californians over 140 billion gallons of water per year. Prior to the Commission, he led teams of engineers at Lockheed Martin in the development and manufacture of space structures, mechanisms and wire harnesses.
