Lisa began her PTA career when her daughter started kindergarten. At the first association meeting that year she asked why the PTA was saving money for a playground – they then asked her if she wanted to be the treasurer! Her first position on the board was as the rebates and receipts chair. She has served as treasurer, 1st VP programs and president at both the local and council level, on various committees at the state level and is currently serving as your Texas PTA Treasurer.
