Nykesha is the Provider Outreach and Education Manager for CGS J15 which services Part A and B providers in Ohio and Kentucky as well as Home Health and Hospice providers in the states of Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia. Nykesha has worked with the Medicare Program for over 20 years, with most of her years of service spent in the Provider Outreach & Education Department. During her tenure with CGS, Nykesha has also served as a Congressional Liaison, Tier II Customer Service Representative, Compliance Analyst and Provider Outreach & Education Sr. Representative. Nykesha received her M.B.A from Liberty University, as well as a bachelor’s in business management from Guilford College with concentrations in Organizational Communication and Human Resources.
