Carina Thompson was born and raised on Oahu, HI. She attended Fordham University as a volleyball student-athlete competing in the Atlantic-10 conference. After graduating from Fordham with a B.S. in Psychology, she pursued her M.S. in Sport Psychology at Florida State University. While earning her Master's, Carina worked in the Student-Athlete Academic Services Department at FSU. Once she completed her degree, she was accepted as a full-time athletic academic advisor and learning specialist intern in the SAAS department. Carina is currently a Student-Athlete Development Coordinator at Northern Arizona University.
