Brad Brown is in his ninth season with the Army West Point Athletic Association. He is responsible for executing the mission of the Operations office, which serves 28 NCAA Division I athletic teams and approximately 1,100 Cadet-Athletes. In this role, Brown has direct oversight over the following programs in the athletic department: event management, NCAA and conference championships, team travel, team support, summer sports camps (2013-2015), the sports administration office, and procurement operations. He is the Sports Supervisor for the Men's Gymnastics team and was appointed to the NCAA Men's Gymnastics Committee in 2019 to further enhance the student-athlete experience in the sport. Brown also serves as the Sports Supervisor for the men's soccer and women's lacrosse programs. Brown is a member of the Army-Navy Steering Committee and plays a significant role in the execution of the annual Army-Navy Football game. Brown currently serves on the CEFMA Board of Directors which he was appointed to in the spring of 2018. In 2010, Brown was hired as the Director of Team Operations and served as the primary point of contact for event management, visiting teams, officials, and all NCAA and conference championships hosted at West Point. In addition, Brown was responsible for maintaining the athletic department competition schedule and executing game contracts for each contest. In 2014, Brown was elevated to Assistant AD for Operations. Brown grew up in an Army family and upon completion of high school, attended the University of New Hampshire, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Leadership from Northeastern University in 2018. In addition to his civilian career, Brown enlisted in the US Army Reserve in 2017 as a Combat Engineer and is currently assigned to the 382nd Engineer Company (SAPPER). Brown, his wife, Stephanie, and daughter, Kieran currently reside in West Point, New York.
