Lisa Grudzielanek is the Assistant Director of Operations at Metcalfe’s Market. Metcalfe’s Market is a fourth-generation, family operated neighborhood market in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her integral responsibilities encompass production, profit/sales, associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the entire store. In addition, for more than 15 years Lisa has been a registered dietitian in a variety of industries. She utilizes her expertise at Metcalfe’s to incorporate health, nutrition and culinary operations trends and works to rollout targeted food products and offerings to shoppers. Lisa earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Mount Mary University and Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.
