Over the past 20 years, Derek has been involved in almost every aspect of HR Technology, with a specific focus on software sales, product development and client engagement. As a Director in our Talent & Rewards Segment, Derek helps organizations think about how best to leverage their HR software investments. In addition, he is a member of our HR Software Product Governance Committee that defines Willis Towers Watson’s overall HR software strategy. Derek is a frequent contributor to industry publications and conferences. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Derek has held various development, product management, marketing and sales leadership roles. Derek holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount.
