Davinder Johal is a Managing Consultant within IBM with extensive experience in Talent Management solutions such as Employee Engagement, Assessment and Workforce Analytics. Davinder works very closely with organisations to create pragmatic and workable solutions to measure what really matters. She has wide-ranging experience in drawing linkages and identifying trends that help making data-driven decisions to improve business performance. Davinder has broad experience in workforce analytics and using advanced analytics to draw conclusions from data to inform organisations how best to build and sustain high performance. Davinder has worked with national and international clients across many different sectors. She works very closely with business leaders and adds value to each of her clients by achieving client objectives efficiently, considering and aligning to their wider organisational objectives and strategic priorities. Davinder has a BSc in Psychology (Goldsmiths, University of London) and a MSc in Occupational and Organisation Psychology (University of Surrey).
