• Mr. Bloom is the Director of Systems and Production in the Rail Division of ENSCO, Inc. • Mr. Bloom has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Maryland and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. • Mr. Bloom has been involved in transportation design and research for 35 years, and in railroad track inspection system development for 20 of those years. • He currently manages track inspection vehicle development at ENSCO and is the chief mechanical engineer. He was responsible for the development of several track inspection vehicles and systems currently in service in the U.S. and abroad. • He is the project manager and for the development of the Go-Transit IRIS track inspection vehicles.
