Committed to PRSM's respected members, Shana champions member acquisition and retention strategies. She engages and connects members and serves as the liaison to the Networking, Membership, and Global committees, as well as the European Task Force. Along with her dynamic membership team in the U.S. and Canada, Shana spearheads the development and implementation of PRSM's marketing strategies to serve the needs of potential and current members. Shana joined the PRSM team nearly four years ago and has a proven track record of achieving record-setting retail member acquisitions and building strong rapport and partnerships with other associations as well as PRSM members. Originally hailing from Casper, Wyoming, Shana has spent the last 26 years in Texas, where she enjoys running outdoors, spending time with friends and family, creating experiences with her five nieces, and traveling around the world spreading the mission and vision of the PRSM Association.
