Adam Garfein is Vice President of Business Development of Menawat & Co. and co-innovator of ProFIT-MAP™ business methods and software to improve execution and performance, whether for growth or turnaround. Adam’s various roles at Menawat & Co. have included project delivery, sales, marketing and product development. Collectively, his work transforms organizations by unmasking hidden potential, reducing operational cost and risk, enhancing operational excellence, and creating new sources of profitable revenue growth. Adam earned his B.A in Psychology from the University of Southern California, and M.S. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University in the field of gerontology. As a former research scientist who studied “successful aging” he brings a practical multidisciplinary approach to improving organizational performance. Adam has over 20 years of experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, life sciences, manufacturing, medical devices, construction management, software, telecommunication and government sectors. Prior to Menawat & Co., Adam was an independent strategy, process and information technology consultant. He won a best “techspert” teaching award at Davenport University and a 2010 Corp! Magazine Science and Technology award. Adam is the author of two business books: Execution Dynamics (Amazon, 2012) and Profit Mapping (McGraw Hill 2006).
