Nadine Cipriani is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services practice and has over 20 years of experience providing leadership and technical support on complex financial management, business process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and information technology efforts. Ms. Cipriani collaborated with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Deputy CFOs, and Assistant Commissioners (ACs) on a variety of issues in order to accomplish high level goals of the various Administrations. Ms. Cipriani worked with federal agencies to help interpret new laws and regulations and comply with new mandates such as the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) or new requirements from OMB to reduce the financial systems footprints and standardize processes. Ms. Cipriani earned a Master of Science in Accounting from The American University. She recently co-authored the following articles: “An Introduction to Shared Services” and “Practical Advice for Federal Executives Looking to Transition to a Shared Service Provider”. Both articles were published on the NAPA Political Appointee Project website.
