Justin R. Johnson brings a variety of public service experience to the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council. As Executive Director of the CHCO Council, Justin oversees the broad portfolio of Council activities, working closely with its members and stakeholders to execute its strategic goals. He has served in the legislative and executive branches of the Federal Government, in the non-profit sector, and in the private sector as a newspaper reporter and editor. Justin joined U.S. Office of Personnel Management in 2009 as the Deputy Chief of Staff, where he was involved in agency policy initiatives and served as the liaison to national labor leaders on federal workforce matters. He received a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri.
