Rick Sargent is the Director for Facilities Maintenance and Property Management Operations for the Wexner Medical Center at The Ohio State University. He has held this position for more than 10 years and has over 22 years of facilities maintenance and property management experience. In his current position, Rick’s span of control includes more than five million square feet of owned and leased Healthcare space including Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Medical Office Buildings. In addition to his responsibilities at The Ohio State University, Rick is a member of BOMA Columbus having served in various capacities including being the current Immediate Past-President.
